How do you type the character ー on a japanese keyboard?

Question:

for the life of me i cant figure out how to get it to type the "ー" in "レーザービーム"

i have to keep copying and pasting the character, its so annoying >.>
anyone know how?

ー is just right of "0" key if you have a real Japanese keyboard.
