I can memorize how Japanese words sounds easlily but can't remember them in written form at all so shall I...?

Question:

leave them for later. I mean first I memorize how they sounds as I'm in need of understanding more than reading and maybe it'll be easier after memorizing how they sounds. So what do u think?

Answer:

I'm like this too. I can remember phrases and words with little practice (a lot of times anyway), but I can never remember all of the hiragana/katakana, and I suck at Kanji. I think you should stick with sounds for now, and then learn the hiragana/katakana. I think you should save the kanji for last. That's just my opinion and It may be different from what you think is best. Hope I helped.
