Why do Asian guys stare at Black girls?

Today, I had this Japanese guy kept glaring at me. Sometimes I would look at him then he looks away. When we meet eye contact, he keeps looking at me then I look away and I smile. Tell me what does that mean when a Japanese guy keeps staring at you?

It really does not mean anything, and you have nothing to worry about.
Although there are many foreigners in Japan these days, there are not so many blacks yet.
