What would it be like to be white in 16th century Japan?

Question:

What would be the advantages and disadvantages of being a white male in early 16th century Japan?
Remember that this is a time when they had very little contact with the western world accept a few trade routes, so the majority would have never seen a white person before.

To put it better let say that a group of Japanese sailors find a shipwrecked vessel and they find a baby with let's say blue eyes blonde hair, and one of them decide to take it in as one of there own. What would it be like for him growing up, and grown up.

I did not want to go into detail of how the baby survived the shipwreck, so no comments about that please.

All this is to help me for my book.
And let's say that this family or clan wasn't worried about raciel impurity.

Answer:

Most Japanese people at that time had never seen white people. So I must say that people were afraid of him and he would be ostracized from society.
