Which cellphone brands are most commonly used in japan?

i was wondering which current cellphone brands do people own in japan

It used to be "Docomo" until there was iPhone and everyone around me is using iPhone which uses the system of "Softbank" in Japan, so I am guessing that's currently the most popular cellphone brand here. "Docomo" caters Blackberry but there's not as much awareness about it in Japan
