みたまふ (It's a fragment of a word, I guess it's archaic way of saying "He/She/They did ....")
氏物語 (It's also fragment of something. I guess It's a bottom half of the famous ancient story book called "Tale of Genji" 源氏物語
坂田夏美 This is a name of female "Natsumi Sakata"
「書」 It's "written" or "calligraphy"

I guess it's a passage of "Tale of Genji" calligraphed by this lady named Natsumi Sakata.
