Can japan rebuild there city :) etc in future?

japan has many tsunami and earthquakes can japan rebuild there society into futuristic society for development of new type of buildings :) and technology

i m thinking there are many volcanoes in japan which might be not able to reconstruct japan :)

japan has lot of mountains :) and there economy is slowing down day by day ;)

will volcanoes be far from tokyo etc

are volcanoes in japan far from people or close to people :) etc economy criisis is falling down :0

etc so are they any plans for a good society in future neat country etc :) are they any developments going for economy and futuristic city
