Round trip to Japan for two?

My mother and I plan on taking a trip to Japan this winter. We have a lot of frequent flyer miles on Southwest. How much would it cost? We're ok with flying coach. And how much would a decent hotel (not one of those tube hotels) in the city of Tokyo cost?

partners they have that will get you to Japan. The last
