I'm in the middle of restoring my laptop then this suddenly happen

I can't understand Japanese characters so i can't understand what it says. It's the first time happening to me since i started restoring my laptop.
I just started living in Japan and bought the laptop here that's why i can't understand it and that explains why the language is Japanese.
I just want to know what it says, if i understand it i can find a way to fix it myself. I just need it translated.
