I lost my keitai! Can I get a replacement one?

I have applied for insurance and all, so could I get a new handset in a different Docomo shop from where I purchased and subscribed? Also is there a charge for this?

Answer:


Well, since you applied for insurance and all, and hoping you actually paid for said insurance, I would recommend looking at the insurance agreement that you should have received and see what you are expected to do in order to get a replacement.

Or you could simply ask strangers on the street what to do.

Your choice, but I would go with the first.
