Not always "ni" - time references?

Question:

Was looking through this site: http://www.timwerx.net/language/particles.htm.
And as an example it says: Kyou ie de taberu
Shouldn't it be Kyou ni ie de taberu?
Aside from that... do you know any other good sites that discuss the use of particles and conjugation of verbs and adjectives?
Arigatou!

Answer:

You cannot say "Kyou ni ie de taberu" --> should be "kyou (wa) ie de taberu"

This book seems great;
