先週の月曜日、７時半に車で図書館に行きました。

and

先週の月曜日 ７時半に車で図書館に行きました。

are these both correct if not how does the comma change anything?

Also is this correct?
先週 月曜び は 七時半 車で おかあさん と としょかん に 行けました。

the first one says
Last Monday, I went by car to the library at 7:30.

and the second one says..
The car went to the library at 7:30 last Monday.
