Question:
I am a part-time jewelry maker, and I get a lot of my supplies from Japan. The person I purchase from swears that I have nothing to be concerned about in regards to radiation, but I am still so nervous. Do I have reason to be concerned? Would the post office be able to detect radiation in my package? Please help! I am feeling a little paranoid.
Answer:
If your supplies go through normal post you don't have to worry about it. Postal services wouldn't let hazardous radioactive material go through.
