Question:
it's in japanese what does it mean
Answer:
Are you sure you heard correctly? That has no meaning.
Can you provide the actual Japanese?
"namate" is not a word and impossible to get by proper verb conjugation. It -could- be "namatte" however:
訛っていますか。 (namatteimasu ka):
"Do I/you/they speak with an accent?"
etc.
"nama" can also mean "raw" (fish, etc.) or "without a condom" (referring to sex), but I don't believe that's what this is referring to.
Context would be nice, but hopefully this helps.
