Study the University in Japan ?

Question:

Im from Spain and here in Spain sometimes is hard to enter to medicine , i find really interesting scholarships but im worry about something ..... If i study Medicine in Japan , in the future can be hard to work in the european union ?

ps : the scholarships comes with one year of Japanese ( because the education is in Japanese ) .

If you study medicine in Japan, it's leading you to working as a doctor only in Japan. You need Japanese license to work in Japan. You need EU license to work in EU.
