What happens to japan if nuclear radiation goes in the water? or in food?

Question:

what happens to japan if nuclear radiation goes in the water? or in food?

can mutation happen?
is it still safe to drink the water?
what happens if radiation goes in the sea?

what does GY MEAN in toxic ? so many questions can you help me out...

Answer:

For toxicity that means people could vomit and die unless the materials are cleaned out of the supply. strange thing is japan has no nuclear reactors i know of but the u.s.a. has and more than world those not decommissioned after cold war.
as to mutation possibly swelling of face or hair falling out but nothing like Nagasaki and the atom bomb just dying of poisoning if not treated at hospital with cellular regeneration from stem cell research or cans of cellular sealent.
