Would radiation affect mail coming out of Japan?

Can the radiation in Japan affect mail going to other countries? I pre-ordered a CD from CDJapan last month that just shipped yesterday and was thinking about that.

as for the cd , you can easily order them from US for a lot cheapper than cdjapan at http://myjpop.com/jpop-myjpop-japanese-m… . everytime i ordered from them i received my cds in only 2-3 days.
