In the upcoming months, will the Yen continue to rise against the dollar or will it fall?

Question:

Does anyone have any guess as to what will happen?

4 years ago: $1=~120 yen
Now $1=~80 yen

What should we US citizens do? Buying gold and silver seems really hoaxy to me. I dont have much money (student), but am saving to buy a home in another state in the next year...but still not sure if it would be worth it noting the taxes.

Thanks! :)

PS: Do not try guilt-tripping me. ex "How can you care about currency when there are people dying!? You sicko!!!" Ive donated money and even offered free housing/food/necessities so STFU

Answer:

If you live in US and want to buy a house in US in the future, you do not have to mind yen. Why care?

Major nations intervened into the exchange market to stop yen''s sharp rise. They won't let yen rise further. In my opinion, yen will decline slowly from now.
