what to learn Japanese, but what do i use?
i want to learn Japanese and become fluent in it,

because well one of my dreams was to go as a foreign student, but idk if that will have after everything that happening at Japan now (the earthquake , tsunami, and nuclear stuff) but i still want to learn it

Okay i want to learn it but not buy buying something expensive like getting Rosetta Store

Do you have a Public Library near you?
Check out there Language cd's/tapes.
Learn a new Phrase/Word every day.
Practice, Practice, Practice, every day!
