Worst case is if molten uranium pools and the critical mass for a fission chain reaction takes place. Not the same as an atomic bomb explosion (which is specifically designed for maximum destructive power) but still quite nasty with lots of damage and radioactive fallout.
Worryingly, the power company has said that the chance of this happening is not 0%
